RemoteApp - Just a Black Box

I have just installed RDS and set up RemoteApp.  It works on some users (using my same computer) but for others all I get is the RemoteApp box and a large black screen.

Any thoughts

Oh yes it did - I set up the GPO to kill the connection after 1 minute and to drop connection after log out.
