Outlook out of memory error adding Recurring Appointment

I have Exchange SBS 2003 with mixed Outlook 2010/2003. One user can not add any more recurring appointments. I can delete recurring appointments, but even after I delete one i can not add a new one. Doesnt matter if the recurring has no end date or only 2 occurances. The errror that is given both under Outlook 2003 and Outlook 2010 is "There is not enough memory available to perform this operation".

Exchange is at SP2. Ive seen Article 892524 about being able to delete a recurring appointemnet and then add one but that is not my symptom. I can delete but still can not add.

The user DOES have many recurring appointments....

Anyone seen this? Im about to export to PST and delete the mailbox.

I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

I have seen this hotfix and it does not apply for me. I have Exchange 2003 SP2 installed. I will check out MFCMAPI and see how far I get. Thanks.

Solved by exporting the mailbox to PST, deleting and re-creating the Exchange Mailbox, importing the PST.
