I am going to go to a company that have their own hosted exchange server and my company is planning to host the exchange on our central location. I am asked to export the mailboxes of all 300 users. I would like to know the safe process of doing it with less interruption to users.

Please assist.

Thanks,

OK, so you're talking about 2 Exchange servers on different domains/forests? Migrating over the internet? Bringing them together under one roof? joining them under one domain? Please specify a bit more.
