We are using Outlook 2007....... so when we recieve an email we can right click on it and then choose add to contacts from the drop down menu and it will add the email address to my personal contacts folder. We use a shared contacts folder in public folders. Is there a way to redirect the convenience of this right click and send to contacts, to the public folder contacts?

Unfortunatley as the public folder is a Managed Folder on the Exchange Server, Within Outlook itself You Cannot.

However, there are 3rd party apps out there that can assist you in adding contacts to public folders
