A user in my company is unable to run launch.ica today, but could yesterday. He has a new HP laptop, windows 7 64 bit. IE 9.0.8112.16421. Citrix receiver 3.1 has been newly loaded today. <br />

In IE the choice to run or save launch.ica appears, run or &quot;save and run&quot; just result in a long pause, save does save the launch.ica file. it does not run from the saved location.<br />
Have tried Google Chrome and Mozilla Firefox too without success.<br />

In Safety - Active X filtering is disabled<br />
In the registry HK_CLASSES_ROOT\PROTOCOLS|<wbr />Filter\app<wbr />lication/x<wbr />-ica has been renamed to disable the mime filter<br />
Do Not save encrypted pages to disk is NOT selected in Internet Options<br />
