How to I install Exchange 2010 SP2 RU1?

Help, I've got Exchange 2010 SP 2 installed and have tried to install rollup 1 but it fails and now all my exchange services are disabled.  

I've rebooted the server, disables symantec antivirus, tried using windows update and also tried downloading the update and running it but they both fail.  

I cant reinstall SP2 as that just brings me to echange maintenance mode but that wont allow me to repair or reinstall anything.  

This is an SBS 2011 server with all (other) updates installed.

Try installing the RU from an elevated command prompt.  See:

Thanks but i got it to install by stopping the windows installer service before running the update.  

My echaneg services were still all disabled so i compaired this server to another sbs 2011 server and started all the services.  

the good news is emails are going in an dout the bad news is EMC , EMS, OWA, are all not working.  

Any idea how I repair Exchange?

I'd need more information as to the particular error messages you are getting when trying to invoke the EMC/EMS or trying to start OWA
