Exchange 2010 extracting emails with specific words

Hi,

We need to search and extract all email with a specific word.    This query needs to search each mailbox, each folder anything that has a specific word.

Any 3rd party tools suggestions?
Or maybe Exchange native?

Thanks,

#Assign the role to the required user account
New-ManagementRoleAssignment -Role “Mailbox Import Export” -User administrator
#Restart the shell

#This would search every mailbox for messages containing the word secrets in the message body,
#and export them to the administrator mailbox in a subfolder called Export
Get-Mailbox -ResultSize Unlimited | Search-Mailbox -SearchQuery “Body:’*secrets*’” -TargetMailbox administrator -TargetFolder Export
#Or, to search one mailbox for bob smith
Search-Mailbox -Identity bsmith -SearchQuery “Body:’*secrets*’” -TargetMailbox administrator -TargetFolder

The term 'Search-Mailbox' is not recognized as the name of a cmdlet, function, script file, or operable program.

and for roles:
A positional parameter cannot be found that accepts argument 'Mailbox Import Export'.
