Dear All,

Can I do audio or video conferencing using Lync client installed on iPhone, windows mobile, iPad … etc?

No, the Lync mobile clients do not currently support Lync audio or video calling, but phone clients can join Lync conferences by leveraging Dial-In Conferencing (standard PSTN calling).
