ADSL Wi-Fi Router (or just a WiFi Access Point) for Restaurant

Hi Eveyone

Im looking for an ADSL WiFi Router (or just a WiFi Access Point) for a Restaraunt.

It must have the following features:
1) Should allow each Wifi user 1 hour of Internet Browsing, after that time is over, disconnect  them.
2) Should pop up with a small window that shows how much time they have left.
2) should be able to create two vlans and assign them to seperate WiFi networks.
3) Should also have bandwidth control for the guest network.
