DNS Properties Name Server Tab

What is the purpose of the Name Server tab in DNS for 2003 and 2008? All my DCs are DNS integrated with Active Directory.

I wear a lot of hats...

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

Name server tab:

Configure Zone Transfers using the Name Servers tab, and configure the Zone Transfers tab to transfer and notify the Name Servers of changes. Do not use Zone Transfers to IP Addresses
An Active Directory integrated DNS Server will replicate the Name Server information to each DNS server. As DNS servers are added or replaced this information is kept. When you only use the Zone Transfers tab and configure transfer by IP Address can result in loss of information if a DNS server is replaced.

When I go to remove the server names from the Name tab, it ask me if I would like to remove the glue record for that server. How should I respond?
