You may have to increase the message header size limit too. This was happening to a client of mine and this resolved their issue

Hi

Even after change the message header size form 64 to 200 KB same result.

The following message to <padas6@abc.com> was undeliverable.
The reason for the problem:
5.1.0 - Unknown address error 552-'5.3.4 Message size exceeds fixed maximum message size'

Final-Recipient: rfc822;padas6@abc.com
Action: failed
Status: 5.0.0 (permanent failure)
Remote-MTA: dns; [10.100.23.51]
Diagnostic-Code: smtp; 5.1.0 - Unknown address error 552-'5.3.4 Message size exceeds fixed maximum message size' (delivery attempts: 0)
