hello,
i am attaching database example and excel sheet.
If you open database and click [import DATA] button on form.
Browse to the excel sheet- and the data is imported into tblOne successfully.

Is there a way to modify this code - When data is imported in tblOne -It only Updates records that have same AutoNum?
( does not import records that have null value in AutoNum field or have AutoNum that does not match).

Thank you

you need to import the new records to a temp table, then
run an update query  with your criteria using the temp table as source
 and
run an append query  with your criteria
