I have an HP LJ 2500 LN Printer that when you select multiple print copys of a job, the printer will only print 1 copy.

Up till about two weeks ago this was working just fine.

This is on a windows XP environment.

Thanks

I'm guessing you have the HP LaserJet 2550Ln, right?

Click here for the drivers page for Windows XP for that model.

You want to download and install the PCL6 driver.

You may have to uninstall the printer by going into Start-->Printers and Faxes, then right-clicking the printer, clicking Delete, and restarting the computer.

Found that the Setting "Start Printing after last page is spooled" was unchecked. We checked that option and it started printing multiple copys when requested.

Thanks to all who helped. I too was almost sure it was the drivers.

I'm giving the person who responded 100 points because as I said too, that was the most logical area to look first and they did respond with a full possible solution. So thank you!
