There are thousands of copies of an old report I wrote saved on my server. &nbsp;I don't know why they were saved and they are taking a huge amount of space (7.7GB).<br />

The files are in: \Business Objects\BusinessObjects Enterprise 11\FileStore\Output.<br />

It's not just the output of a particular report on different days, but the source report file that I designed in Developer XI. The date range is also odd as the files stopped accumulating about one year ago. &nbsp;I was, at one time, having Crystal automatically run the report each day, so I assume this was the cause. <br />
<br />
Neither the output, nor the source is important to save. &nbsp;I assume I can delete these with no issue as I have a copy of this particular report saved elsewhere to run a a later date.<br />

Business Objects File Store Output folder size

Crystal Reports is a business intelligence application from SAP SE. It is used to graphically design data connections and report layouts from a wide range of data sources including Excel spreadsheets, Oracle, SQL Server databases and Access databases, BusinessObjects Enterprise business views, and local file-system information. Report designers can place fields from these sources on the report design surface, and can also deploy them in custom formulas (using either BASIC or Crystal's own syntax), which are then placed on the design surface. Crystal Reports also supports subreports, graphing, and a limited amount of GIS functionality.
