How to I get a Mac OS X.7.2 to print to HP Laserjet 550DN
Wow, New Boss has Mac Laptop version X.7.2 and only wants to print to the 55DN.
HP support says that it does not support that Version.
Is there a way or trick for me to get this to happen?

OS X 10.7 supports HP Color LaserJet 5500 series printers out of the box. You do not need to install any extra software.

I am attempting to print accross the network
I cannot find an Installer that will work...
Please point it out, so I may try.

I assume the printer is already set up on the network.
You don't need an Installer.
Open System Preferences on the Mac then open Print & Scan. Click on the '+' to add the printer.

I have tried that but it wants the driver,
I have tried several different drivers including 3SI from the list only to have it fail.

OS X supposed to download and install the driver automatically at the time of printer setup. If it does not then you can download and install HP drivers manually:
