SBS 2008 standard and backup exec 2010

Hello,

I am planning a restore from tape at a client who lost their SBS 2008 server in a crash.

I have set a lab test installing same SBS 2008 and backup exec 2010 but backup exec 2010
refusing to start the services-  even though BE2010 installs a seperate sql 2005 express
the sql server service won't start, how is this related? I get an error related to sqloledb.dll
and am aware of sbs 2008 sql limitations. (only 2 instances that are already in use by SBS)
I have tried also BE 2012 and got same results, how is it possible? this is a clean install of both product, can someone please shade some light on this matter? I might be mistaking on this
can someone please explain what am I doing worng?

It looks like there are quite a few error messages related to that DLL associated with SQL Express - can we get the exact error text?

You're also saying SBS supports two instances of SQL Server and that both are already in use - does that make the SQL Express instance that Backup Exec has installed the third instance? In that case, you may have to try installing BE on another server and using it to do the restore instead.
