Using Subprojects Masterpages and Others files

Hi Folks,

I´m building a new ERP software and my manager asked my to use one solutin within 15 subprojects. But i got a problem when i need to user one masterpage that is commom to all my subprojects. I tried to use virtual path but when im using a master page I get the following erro :

The virtual path maps to another application, which is not allowed.

I read an article about doing this on visualstudio 2005 and it was ok, now Im using visual studio 2010 and I got stuck with this.

does anyone got an workaround for this Just with configurations? Or programming ?

You should be able to have one masterpage in a single file location add just add it to each project from that one file location so any changes will be replicated to all projects. Alternatively it is possible to precompile masterpages into a dll to be shared across multiple projects.
