Yahoo DNS Settings - redirect a website, not the email

Hello,

I need to redirect a website  - not its email - to another server. Guess that's the A record, correct?
The site is registered and hosted with Yahoo.
How do I do that exactly in the Yahoo Web Hosting Starter control panel?

Thanks

A record is for server or website.
for sending email it checks for MX records.

So I just enter the new IP address?
No changes to the other records?
