I have a pivot table that has dept number, and a deduction number. In the calculation I want the description column displayed. I dont want the count(There will only be one description but the text of that description I found an example in SQL but I cannot find the right settings in excel.
Count of DESCRIPTION_TX      CO_C
DED_C      6FZ      NQ1      RL9
1      1      1      1
10      1      1      1
11      1      1      1
12      1      1      1   <-----------I want this to be the text not count
13      1      1      1
14      1      1      1

Example of descriptions  Saving 1
Checking 2
