save file attachments from outlook express

Hello,
Could you please help me? I want to save to my hard disk file attachments from outlook express. Do  you if there are some utilities to do so?

I know "ezdetach" but it only works for microsoft outlook

Good reference but while I was trying to make Outlook express as I needed; then I decided to use Microsoft Outlook and for this software I am using ezdetach that works very well.
