Using the Export command in Powershell --Exchange 2010 SP1

After install Outlook 2010 64-bit on my mailbox server and using the New-ManagementRoleAssignment switch, I'm still not able to use the Export-mailbox command, nor am i able to see Export mailboxor Import mailbox selection using the Console.

Any thoughts?

you have to use New-MailboxExportRequest

please see the steps below link to create shared folder and give required permissions..

Will this also allow me to use the console to Import / Export or is this not available in this version of Exchange?
