Disk Space Trending Software?

I need a recommendation, please....  I need to find Windows software that will examine a hard drive or file system and compute the disk usage over time, historically.  Ultimately, I would like to show graphically how disk space has been consumed per month over the past year (for example).  Any suggestions would be appreciated!

TreeSize. I've used the free software for directory sizing and it works awesome. The professional version looks like it has the trending piece you are looking for.
