Group Policy for standardizing email settings Exchange 2003

I hope someone can help us. We are trying to standardize my companies email templates. We would like to disable all themes and set one fount and size. We would also like to standardize the email signature through the settings.

Is there a way to do this ether through Group Policy or through some third-party software? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hi,

For the below one, you basically need to educate the users. You really cannot lockdown outlook and force the users to use on type of font/text size etc
We would like to disable all themes and set one fount and size

For Email Signature, there are variety of tools for example
mail disclaimers from http://www.exclaimer.com
www.policypatrol.com/Signature
www.codetwo.com/exchange-rules/

Hope this helps you.
