I am trying to install the Eval PowerBuilder 11.0  software on 2008 r2 so I can test out InfoMaker. When I run the install from the downloaded files I get an error saying the system cannot find the file specified.

Hello,

Just a hint.

What files have you downloaded? Common Installer is only a wrapper installer. You will need other specific zip files for PowerBuilder, Infomaker, etc (I dont remember how many files are there). And you will need to keep extracted files in same location.

Thanks,
Harish

The zip files are:
CommonInstaller, InfoMaker110, Pbvm, PowerBuilder110, SQLAnywhere10, Support_PB.

I tried to unzip the files into a common directory and run the install from the common installer but got the same error. All the extracted files have a directory structure such as:

CommonInstaller\PBE110Eval\PowerBuilder\[other files and folders].

PowerBuilder110\PB110Eval\PowerBuilder\PowerBuilder110

I tried putting all the content from the  "PowerBuilder"  level in one folder but again this did not work. The documentation from the Sybase site is no help at all.
