No, can't use formula for this column. &nbsp;It's just straight text data. &nbsp;Most of the time there is no data. &nbsp;This column really sets the category for the subitems listed in the column following it so most of the time it's blank. &nbsp;So there is a lot of &quot;No Text&quot; which looks very annoying. &nbsp;I don't see how workflow helps here but does seem like overkill for this. &nbsp;Thanks.
