I have 2 PC's that all of a sudden 110, 25, 587 ports are blocked for them. Everyone else in the Firm are fine.

I have disabled the firewall on the PC and these two PC's emails are still blocked.

What OS are the PCs running? Do you have anti-virus software which is also serving as a firewall? Try disabling AV and see if that makes a difference.

SMTP and POP ports blocked.  All related to sending/receiving mail. The 587 is an optional port, 25 is the norm, but 587 is also used to send.

So, is something strange about the mail client setup? That's where the ports are used.

Some ISPs block port 25 to reduce spam activity,  but you indicate other systems work fine.

Don't have an answer except to note that as you stated, these are all related to e-mail.

Losts of web host are blocking port 25 and 587  as a measure for checking spams.
You must consider changing these port to 26 and 588 and updating your mail client for these changes.
Here is a page that outlines configuration that is to be adopted for changing ports and updating mail server for the modifications.
