Configure Cisco Access Point

I just need simple network with using Cisco ( AP-1261N )
I connect one PC throw console cable.
What is the configuration command for make this working?
how I can use GUI, Telnet throw wireless?

Step 1 Start the browser.
Step 2 Enter the wireless device IP address in the browser Location field (Netscape Communicator) or Address field (Internet Explorer) and press Enter. The Summary Status page appears.

by default AP have ip of 192.168.1.1
so give your machine IP like 192.168.1.2 and open connect AP IP through browser.
