In Outlook, click the File tab at the top left of the window, select Options from the list.  Select Advanced on the left side, then select Export in the list on the right side.

Under Export to a File, choose Comma Separated Values (Windows) and Next.  Select the Contacts folder you want to export from the list, then Next.  Browse to where you want to save the new file and give the file a name.  Click Next.

If necessary, map the fields.  Click Finish and wait.

Once the file is written, you will need to import it into the Lotus Domino Server Address Book.  I am not familiar with that function, so if you can't figure it out, someone else here will tell you how.

Hi there Jobby1,,

Firstly, in addition what is mentioned by splait after you export the file from OL 2010 in the  Comma Separated Values (Windows) on lotus notes Domino do the following ...

- Backup the Names.nsf file
- On IBM Domino Administrator ... click File ==> Import Contacts in the  Comma Separated Values (Windows) folrmat ..

Secondly, although I didnt try it before but you can use a third party application ( and you have to pay in this case )

Did you try with the Migration Tools supplied by IBM/Lotus? Their install can be selected During the installation of Notes on your system.

IMHO
you should not import anything into your server's names.nsf.
Use a separate addressbook for your imports and use directory assistance instead.....
