Microsoft Powerpoint 2010 Clip Art Question

I am trying to make a picture where I have an internal circle, a space and then a thin outer circle that I can slice into pieces with different colors.  Each part of the outer circle will represent something different.

Kind of like this but without the arrows and letting me do each segment with a different color:
