Fixed IP address on isp provider

The IP address issue by my ISP provider ( singapore singnet) alway will change the IP issue to me after some time. is there ant way i can do on my  modem or router therefore the IP address will maintain the same.

There is no way from your side as this is assigned by the ISP. you have to ask your provider to give you a static Public IP. they normally charge a small cost for this.

Or you can use Dynamic DNS services like http://www.no-ip.com/ . You can register an subdomain for free. Then if your router/modem supports on DDNS options enter your new account .
