I' want to setup a 4 workstation network and run a SQL Server/ .net app through the browser on an intranet.

Can this be done with all stations Win 7 Pro? Prefer not to have to purchase server software and CALs.

Appreciate pointing me at any examples/tutorials.

Thanks for your quick response. Will the other workstations be able to access the intranet without a server? Isnt a DNS server required?

YES

Isnt a DNS server required?
When setting up all peers on the network, make sure they are in the same workgroup.  You can also use Windows 7 Homegroup networking. No DNS server is required
