Open IIS Manager and its Application Pools. Open "DefaultAppPool" and any other Application Pools in use.     Click Advanced Settings for each of these. Ensure the "Load User Profile" is set to 'False'     Also ensure that the "Set Application Pool Defaults" has the Load User Profile set to False."

Thank you for that.  I have gone through the above steps but am still not able to get rid of the folders. What I have done is hidden all the folders so that while I am in "Hidden Folders" mode so that at the very least i won't have to see them.

Thanks for your help

Changing the settings does not allow you to remove the folders but it may stop the creation of any more.
