GAL not updated in cache mode of all outlooks.

I currently found that the GAL cannot be updated in the cache mode of the outlook. But it works just fine in OWA and non-cache mode of outlook. I have try to download the OAB but got a error message with code 0x8004010F . Is there anyway to solve these problem? currently using Exchange 2010 with sp1.

Hi,

This issue occurs if the Outlook client computer is configured to use proxy settings when Windows Internet Explorer is used. However, the IP address of the Exchange 2007 Client Access Server (CAS) server is not in the exclusion list.
