Is the wifi icon showing a connection? &nbsp;You may need to open the web browser and login or click a button on a landing page. &nbsp;Other than that, if it's a public wifi, make sure the password is correct. &nbsp;Public wifi hotspots generally don't have MAC filtering or any other form of authentication. &nbsp;Also, check to see if the iPad can connect to a different network (like at home or a coffee shop somewhere you've connected before). &nbsp;If it can connect to a different network with no issues, you know it's a network specific problem. &nbsp;I hope this is helpful - good luck!
