I will be doing exmerge of mailboxes that i will take to be hosted in a different server. my goal is to still have the current exchange working and copy the mailboxes to another server in the mean time. It wont be operational on the other server until i do a cutoff but i still want to have the old exchange working.<br />

my question is if i do exmerge on all the mailboxes and it does exporting does it mean the users will lose their mailbox. or does the exmerge do copy?<br />
