Parental Controls and double-click popups

  I recently implemented parental controls on an account on my imac - and have reset safari, cleared everything I could find to clear within Safari - and yet going to almost any web page that I usually go to asks me if I wnat to "add the web site" - I do not want to add, but don't want to have to answer the question at every site!  I even tried to block the url, ran spyware cleanup applications, downloaded and ran a different browser; but the behavior remains the same (even on the new browser).  Do I need to do something drastic?

You have discovered the problem with "parental controls".  They nag the parents to death. "" is an advertising site, Google owns it now.  Doesn't mean it is 'safe' though.  Ad-Block may help.   And for Safari:
