I would like to be able to type on a slide, in presenter view, so that students can call out a list of items, and I place them onto the slide.

How do I do this? Please?

I can get the pen working, but when I click on a slide, it moves on to the next one in presenter view.

I want to enter text.

I tried entering an empty text box, but this  did not work -what am I doing wrong?

I am using Powerpoint 2010

You should be able to use a Control Text Box

Method Here

This will be tricky to use in presenter view you would need to click on the show screen. Could you not use a cloned screen set up instead?
