How do I map a local drive in remote desktop connection so I can transfer files.
Do I do this on the local or remote?
I believe you set this up in "Options" but where do I find "Options"?

In dialog window for remote desktop connection click option button (small arrow on the bottom left side of window) then go to local resources page and click button More in the bottom group of options called Local devices and resources.
After that you should see new pop0up windows where you can select check-box Drives.

Thanks, at least that told me which end to look at.

Except I don't get the dialog 'cause I checked the 'Remember my Credentials' check box. I did find it however by right clicking the rdp file and selecting 'Edit'.

Why hide it in edit? Why not Properties? Sometimes you Just have to ask where  some programmers get their logic.

Anyhow, jobs done, thanks.
