Checkpoint Changing Gateway IP
Hi,
I need to change my gateway ip address that the SCS Servers uses to connect to the Gateway, I am using a distrubuted install so the license is bound to the SCS Server. The Gateway I'm using is an CP Appliance/Voyager
What is the process
Do I need to detach the license via Smart Update and then change the Gateway ip address via SD and then reattach the license ?

Hi,
I'm not actually changing the ip address, just using a different interface as the primary ip address of the Gateway which has been already configured. Are the valid step as below skipping step 1 , also do I need to change the host entry on the firewall ?
* change the IP on the gateway object in dashboard
* do a "get interfaces with topology" on the gateway object in dashboard
* push the policy

Great that work a treat
* change the IP on the gateway via web gui / sysconfig
* change the IP on the gateway object in dashboard
* do a "get interfaces with topology" on the gateway object in dashboard
* push the policy
You dont need to worry about licensing,
