I wear a lot of hats...

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

Have you just recently provisioned PIC for your environment?  It can take in upwards of 30 days before the providers add your domain to their systems, so you will receive errors like this until they allow your domain to communicate with their systems.
Manoj BojewarAuthor Commented:
Yes, just 5 hours back i have enable federation for this domain... this means i need to wait for 30 days to get my domain to be listed in their list.

how to track this and how to do follow up with their team to get this done ASAP.
Jeff_SchertzCommented:
There is no way to track the results, only the request.  Assuming you have run through the official provisioning process request already then Microsoft sends out the requests to MSN and AOL (and Yahoo if you have purchased licenses for Yahoo integration).

The actual functionality will not be available until administrators at both MSN and AOL complete the request and add your domain to their federation lists.  Traditionally this will take close to the full 30 days (MSN is typically faster than the others).

You'll just need to keep testing IM every few days until you finally see presence for users in each third-party system.

Dear Jeff,

i have below three issues after Lync 2010 setup  and  after google i got know these features will not work without reverse proxy.

Online meeting
Lync mobile setup
Address book population

Could you please share any valuable information to work this three features without using reverse proxy setup.
Jeff_SchertzCommented:
You need to publish the internal Front End or Director server's external web services in order to support these features, either through a reverse proxy or a static NAT.
