You have to TAG VLAN 101 and VLAN 102 on the trunk port of the switch with which AP will be connected.

This depends.  If you have your AP on the same IP range as the subnet it serves you can set the switchport to be an access port instead of a trunk.  Also if you have a controller the switchport should ALWAYS be an access port unless you have configured H-REAP.

From the diagram it appears you are giving the AP in each area an IP address on the same subnet as the clients, so you need to set the switchport as an access port on the relevant VLAN.

The config of the AP is easy - no VLAN information is needed.

To set you up, the following code can be used as a template.
Copy and paste this code into the CLI on each AP. (replace <brackets> with your own values on each AP...)

conf t
dot11 ssid <networkname>
 authentication open
 authentication key-management wpa
 guest-mode
 wpa-psk ascii <presharedkey>
!
int dot 0
 encryption mode ciphers tkip aes
 ssid <networkname>
 no shutdown
!
int dot 1
 encryption mode ciphers tkip aes
 ssid <networkname>
 no shutdown
!
int bvi1
 ip address <ipaddress> <subnetmask>
!
end
