DNS problem with Website

Lightning hit our sonicwall NSA-250.  After that our ISP assigned us a new static IP when we installed the replacement.   Everything worked outgoing internet,  but our website is unresolvable.  DNS is handled by our Windows 2003 SR2 domain server.  The webserver is a separate box sitting next to it.  With the static IP changing, what would I need to change in the DNS tables to make the website able to be resolved on the new static IP?
