Is there any straight forward way without creating the cor?

I have an extension which I want to use only for internal dialing. Local dialing outside the company from this ext should not be allowed. Below is the configuration for this ext:<br />

&nbsp;corlist outgoing call-local<br />

I tried removing corlist incoming call-local and corlist outgoing call-local but its not working.<br />
