How to save Office favorites from one computer to another

We have a user who has Windows XP and wants to move to Windows 7 but does not want to lose their Office 2010 Favorites.  Is there a way to save those and bring them over?  Any assistance offered would be greatly appreciated.

To some extent, that depends upon what they consider to be their "favorites."  Most people would like to migrate their Outlook autocomplete settings...

Are you actually referring to their Recent Documents lists?  If so, the staff at Microsoft says that they can't be migrated from a Windows XP machine to a Windows 7 computer:
