Good Morning,

I am encountering a weird issue. One of our users had several sub calendars under the main calendars that have all disappeared. Does anyone know how this could happen. This has happened before and we simply recreated them but not we need to data that was there. The user assured me that they didnt delete them as all the other calendars are missing.

Any help would be appreciated Running Exchange 2010

did you try to search for the calendar, maybe he moved to another folder, try to search by an appointment that you remember you put on that calendar.

Hi abs81. Indeed the calendar items were able to be recovered from the delted items. Thanks for all your help. The user swears they did not delete it. Is there a way from preventing this?

deny access to delete, so make him able to modify but not delete items! if you hilight the calendar and by mistake hit the Del button in your keyboard, it will delete the item.

you can do that by editing permissions on the calendar itself!
