I would like to know how is my intrest rate decided when i am planing to buying a single family home in new jersey (hudson county).<br />
<br />
One of the loan officer i spoke to says he can offer 4.125 intrest rate and says <i>that has been the rate lately.</i> <br />
<br />
So do i call other mortgage offices and ask if they can give better rates ?<br />
<br />
Any sugessions appreciated.<br />
