I copied binary files from a filesystem backup and now I am trying to launch DBCA to create a database and I keep getting the following error:

Exception in thread "main" java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError: oracle/bali/share/sort/Comparator at oracle.sysman.assistants.dbca.Dbca.getHost(Dbca.java:160)

Java software is installed etc. However, I keep getting this error. Is there anything I should have done or changed in order to get it to open up?
