Having an issue with just one website yahoo.com and anything dealing with yahoo.  I tried several solutions , clear cache- no change , reset security settings - no change updated adobe flash and reader - no change, enabled scripting - no change, tried compatibility mode - no change log in as a different user - no change, run repair - no change, ran updates - no change reset all internet settings - no change , disabled add-ons -no change, I have uninstalled and re-install no-change. Please any guidance would be help. This is on all browsers.

It is displaying as a list not showing pictures and is not the typical display format.

With all probability the css file is not loading properly....

Sometimes this also happens when the site is too slow to load....

Not too sure why it is happening to only this site...

One suggestion is try disabling any antivirus / antispam on your m/c and check

What type of firewall do you have? Anti-virus programs or software firewalls?

Is it showing you the mobile version of the site? The address bar should show something like m.yahoo.com or something other than www.

not show a mobile version. The firewall is turned off but is behind our firewall. I scanned it for spyware/ malware found some and got rid of it.

winningtech--Following up on SANDY_SK's post.  Could the css file be blocked by your HOSTS file?

Perhaps post a screenshot.

Unfortunately could not find an exact solution. The machine had a virus which I think corrupted some of the files in return created a mess of things. Just had to reimage the machine and its good as new.
