WYSE thin client

We have a WYSE thin client (Cx0) running Windows CE.  We cannot access the administrator mode (it is greyed out when we right click the desktop).  We’ve tried resetting the device to factory defaults.  We’ve accessed the bios to look for options.  Some documentation recommends holding shift as the device boots but that doesn’t give us access to a login.

We simply need to access to the administrator mode.  Is there no way to do this outside of a wnos.ini file or an FTP server that houses the connection settings?

Windows CE can use the Ctrl-F4 to access the admin menu during the logon or logoff prompt
