I have an HOL file which customizes a calendar in Outlook on a PC...  I want to import that file into Outlook on a Mac...  Is there any tool to convert it to a file that Outlook on a Mac can use???

You could try this:

Import the HOL file into a blank calendar in Outlook.  In Outlook, export this calendar to a ICS file.  Transfer that ICS file to the Mac or to a location it can be accessed from the Mac and then drag the ICS file to your Mac Outlook calendar.

If that does not work for you:

Import the HOL file into a blank calendar in Outlook.  In Outlook, export this calendar to a PST file.  Transfer that PST file to the Mac or to a location it can be accessed from the Mac and then import the PST file into your Mac Outlook.

I actually did something a little differently...  I did create a PST with just the holiday events I wanted...  Then, since the calendar that required the updates is on Exchange, I just opened the mailbox on a PC, copied the holiday events to the Exchange calendar...  The Mac will see everything that is on Exchange...
